Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Exts Hub ("Exts Hub", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our website, browser extensions, and related services available at https://Exts Hub.site (together, the "Services").
Our browser extensions include tools for downloading, exporting, collecting, and organizing content from social media and messaging websites, including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Threads, and similar supported platforms. Depending on the extension, these tools may help users save or export videos, images, posts, chats, follower lists, group member lists, and other content that is visible to the user in their own browser.
Exts Hub is independent from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Threads, Meta, and other third-party platforms. We are not sponsored, approved, or operated by those platforms.
For privacy questions or requests, contact us at support@extshub.site.
1. Key Points
The most important points for extension users are:
- Our extensions perform scraping, downloading, and exporting tasks locally in your browser.
- Content you scrape, download, or export is not sent to Exts Hub servers.
- We do not receive your exported videos, images, chats, posts, follower lists, member lists, media URLs, or output files.
- We do not sell user data.
- We do not use tracking tools, ad pixels, behavioral advertising, or third-party analytics.
- Our servers are used only for limited account, pricing, payment, subscription, and support functions.
2. Browser Extension Processing
When you run an extension feature, the extension may read and process content from the webpage you are using so it can complete the action you requested. This processing may involve:
- Videos, images, thumbnails, file links, and media URLs
- Posts, captions, comments, timestamps, usernames, display names, and profile details visible on the page
- Messages, chats, attachments, contact names, group names, and group member information visible in the browser
- Followers, following, commenters, likers, contacts, or members visible to your account on the supported website
- Page URLs, page structure, and technical webpage data needed to find, organize, download, or export selected content
This activity takes place on your device. Exts Hub does not operate a scraping API for these extensions, and we do not upload the scraped or exported content to our backend. Any files created by an extension are saved or handled on your device according to your browser settings and your own choices.
The extensions use webpage access only to provide the extension features you choose to use. We do not use webpage content for advertising, user profiling, resale, automated decision-making, unrelated analytics, or unrelated product research.
3. Local Data Stored by Extensions
To make the extensions work and remember your choices, an extension may store certain data locally in your browser or on your device, such as:
- Extension preferences and configuration
- Login or session tokens
- Subscription status
- Product identifiers and extension configuration
- Export history
- Cached export or scraping results
This locally stored extension data remains on your device. Exts Hub does not receive this local extension data unless you choose to send information to us, for example in a support request. You can delete local extension data by uninstalling the extension or clearing the extension's storage in your browser.
4. Account, Subscription, Payment, and Support Information
Some parts of the Services require account access or a subscription. In those situations, we may process the following information:
Google Sign-In. If you use Google Sign-In, Google provides us with your email address, name, and profile photo. We use this information to identify your account, let you sign in, and connect your account with subscription access.
Subscription checks. When an extension needs to confirm whether a paid feature is available, it sends your email address and the relevant product ID to our backend. We use that information to return the subscription status to the extension.
Pricing requests. The website or extension may request product and pricing information from our backend so current plan details can be displayed.
Payments. Payments and subscriptions are processed through Stripe. We do not store complete payment card numbers. We may receive and keep payment-related records from Stripe, such as customer IDs, subscription IDs, product or plan IDs, renewal dates, payment status, and transaction status.
Support. If you contact us, we may receive your email address, name, message, attachments, screenshots, troubleshooting details, and any other information you decide to include.
5. Data Exts Hub Does Not Receive
Exts Hub does not collect or store the following through our servers:
- Social media content downloaded, scraped, or exported by the extensions
- Videos, images, audio, documents, media files, or attachments exported by the extensions
- WhatsApp chats or other messaging exports
- Follower lists, member lists, contact lists, post lists, commenter lists, or liker lists exported by the extensions
- Captions, comments, messages, or profile data exported by the extensions
- CSV, JSON, ZIP, media, or other files generated by the extensions
- Web browsing history outside the extension feature you choose to run
- Advertising IDs or cross-site tracking data
We also do not use cookies, pixels, analytics scripts, or similar tools to track users across websites.
6. How We Use Information
We use account, subscription, payment, pricing, and support information for the following purposes:
- To operate and maintain the Services
- To sign users in through Google Sign-In
- To confirm subscription status and unlock paid features
- To show product and pricing information
- To process subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and payment records through Stripe
- To answer support requests and troubleshoot issues
- To protect accounts, prevent fraud, and address misuse
- To meet legal, tax, accounting, payment, and recordkeeping requirements
- To enforce our Terms of Service and other applicable agreements
Because Exts Hub does not receive scraped or exported extension content, we do not use that content for any purpose.
7. Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell user data. We do not share scraped or exported extension content because that content is not sent to us.
We may share limited account, payment, subscription, and support information with service providers that help us run the Services:
- Google Sign-In for user authentication
- Stripe for payment processing, billing, renewals, and subscription records
- Supabase for account and subscription-related data storage
- Gmail and Zoho Mail for support, account, and service email communications
These providers may process information according to their own privacy practices and service terms. We do not permit them to use your information on our behalf for advertising, cross-site tracking, or data resale.
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request. We may also disclose information when we believe it is necessary to protect the security, rights, property, or safety of Exts Hub, our users, or others.
If Exts Hub is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, asset sale, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, account, payment, subscription, and support records may be transferred as part of that transaction. Scraped or exported extension content would not be included because we do not store it on our servers.
8. Retention
Extension data stored locally remains on your device until you remove it, clear browser storage, or uninstall the extension. Uninstalling an extension removes the local data stored by that extension from your browser.
Server-side account and subscription records are kept for as long as needed to provide the Services, verify paid access, process payments, maintain business records, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and payment obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.
Support messages are kept as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, maintain support history, and satisfy business or legal requirements.
When personal information is no longer needed, we will delete it or anonymize it where reasonably possible.
9. Your Controls and Requests
You decide which webpages and content you process with the extensions. If you do not want an extension to process certain content, do not run the extension feature on that page or content.
You can delete local extension data by uninstalling the extension or clearing the extension's storage in your browser settings.
You can manage Google Sign-In connections through your Google account settings, and you can sign out of or uninstall the extension at any time.
To request deletion of server-side account or subscription information, contact us at support@extshub.site. We may retain information where necessary for legal, tax, accounting, payment, dispute, fraud prevention, or security reasons.
You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity before completing a request.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the limited personal information processed on our servers, including account, subscription, payment-related, and support information.
No online service or storage method is perfectly secure. We cannot promise absolute security, but we work to protect information in a way that is appropriate for the type of data involved.
11. Third-Party Platforms
Our extensions work with third-party websites and services selected by users. Exts Hub does not control those third-party platforms, their content, their account settings, or their privacy practices.
Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, and permissions. You are responsible for using the extensions in compliance with applicable laws and the rules of the platforms you use.
12. Children's Privacy
The Services are not intended for children under 13. Children under 13 may not use the Services, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact support@extshub.site so we can take appropriate steps where required by law.
13. International Processing
Account, subscription, payment-related, and support information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws in your location.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we take steps designed to provide those safeguards.
14. Updates to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update it, we will change the "Last Updated" date and post the revised version on our website.
If a change materially affects how we collect, use, or share personal information, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
